The Ressurection...

What do you do when you have a hedge trimmer with two dead batteries and a hedge trimmer with crunched gears? Essentially both as good as useless.

Salvage enough from both to have at least one working example. I actually got far enough into the inards of the one with the crunched gears to diagnose that problem but the easiest solution was to take the battery from that and remodel it into the other one.

I thought it a bit of a soldering exercise but found batteries to be a bit incon-solder-able. Managed to squeeze the components together enough to create the circuit though.

I now have nicely trimmed hedges.
