Desmond In The Garden

I'm glad I had a chill out yesterday because today was the complete opposite. I started off with doing domicilliary visits, then back to the hospital to cover two wards then up to Outpatients to cover a colleagues break time and then a stint in the lab. I rushed home to sort the boys teas out before dashing out to pay a visit to Grandma's house, as it's her birthday. Happy Birthday Mum! x
