Vege quiche

Crazy busy day. Crazy busy evening.

I cooked this rather delish crust free quiche. Mr B and I were impressed; Little Miss not so much! Oh well, you can't please all of the people all of the time!

It's been a scorcher of a day. Cooling down now but there are lots of bugs around so we've turned on the air con and shut up the house.
