Mr Arm

I covered two GP surgeries today and then met three of my colleagues for lunch before we all headed back to the hospital for a cannulation course. Even though we are all experts at venepuncture, being phlebos, we have never been given the opportunity to cannulate....until now. Of course, Mr Arm has perfect and perfectly positioned veins, if a bit tough and rubbery, poor sod, but it helped to get the technique for cannulating. We over pumped the blood which is why he looks like he's been butchered and not guilty for tearing apart his hands either!!! If all patients were as good as him....
