I tried a different technique today. Usually I shoot in colour and convert to mono. Today I set the camera to take the photos in black and white. It was an interesting experience not seeing in colour through the viewfinder but I ended up with a lot of underexposed photos. Might try it again on some street shots. 

The photo is on a path low on Wansfell and in the distance is Wetherlam with a covering of snow.
