BlipaEwan 104...

This is my monthly track of my children as they grow to see how they change as time goes by. I take the same photo in the same place each 1st and 15th of each month along with a wee diary of what has happened and how life has progressed for each of them. Bethany on the 1st and Ewan on the 15th. It is quite remarkable and is accentuated by the 1 year ago thumbnail down in the bottom right.

We had parents evening recently.  We got to meet Ewan’s teacher for the first time.  Overall he’s doing very well and dealing pretty well with the expected step up he’s needed to do being among his own age group exclusively.  His composite class last year meant he had a couple his own age group but also with kids from the year below.  His teacher found that he works a lot better on a desk by himself (not all the time) so he’s not distracted.  They discussed this together and he’s happy with it and sees the benefit of it.

Full cubs withdrawal has been averted which I’m rather pleased with.  Ewan has decided to continue with it.

We had Halloween the other week there and Ewan took his current Pokemon fascination to the next level with a full on Ash Ketchum costume.  I did most of the building of it and I am rather chuffed that he is still wearing it 3 weeks after the event.  In fact, that's him wearing it there.
