19/74 Floss St Hurlstone Park.

Brent and I decided, a little on the hop, to buy this small 2 bedroomed townhouse to provide accommodation for Liam when he is an adult, hoping that he may be able to live semi-independently in the future. It was not something we had thought a great deal about, but this little house was passed in at auction last Saturday. What is lovely is that it is surrounded by beautiful gardens that are well maintained and is 5 minutes walk from our house. We will be letting it out as soon as possible to help pay for the mortgage. I feel very happy about it as I need to know that Liam has somewhere when he is an adult and there is space for a carer to live there as well. The nicer the environment, the easier it will be to attract someone to live there with him. Obviously I'm hoping this is a long way in the future but it gives me peace of mind to have somewhere for him should the need arise.
