Lower-back sprain

We went out for the beach with my daughter, her little cousin, my wife, etc. but this was the best shot I could get because my back went out just after arriving at the beach, while I was pumping air into our new rubber rafting. What I could do after that was just lying on the deck there..., though wanted to let them know the pleasure of skin diving...
