YIPPEE!

Maybe not a great photo, but at last I saw the Kingfisher, could not believe my luck, unfortunately it was off in a second. Did not get out for my walk until after lunch as I was clipping a poodle and tidying the garden. It is the first time in my life I have seen one, so it was extra exciting.
Went to M&S early this morning and got a lovely birthday cake for my husband as he will be 79 tomorrow, although he will not know, but hopefully he will enjoy the cake.
Well seeing that kingfisher I think, calls for a glass of wine!!!!
The extra is a view from the canal with a little snow still on the Campsies.
