Excitement is brewing

Today I made bread with my class. Well to be fair my lovely TAs made bread with my class under my watchful eye after my prep, whilst I contained the ones whose turn it wasn't . We were never going to get much quality work done whilst the smell of yeast filled the air and the sight and sound of classmates with sticky hands squealing distracted us , were we?
Not just any bread either - 17c bread because that's how the Great Fire of London started, of course!
The resulting loaves were rustic but delicious.
