Hay and a grey sky

This afternoon the sky was uniformly grey and then at about 4:30 pm the sun came out, but this was so atypical of the day that I still used the shot without sun. I think there is a  crow at the top of the tree.

I am waiting for an orchid to open. It is nearly there and i am hoping for tomorrow. (It will be a non-hardy orchid, for those in the know!)
