Orchid

Its been a long day. 

This morning I had arranged a Table Top session with the Camera Group, because the weather was bad for our field trip to Mullion. 

'P' my partner was with us because he was going to have some lunch with us after the morning session. 

Half way through the morning he stood up to move, when he fell badly, he could not move his leg, we phoned an ambulance, this took 1 hour 40 mins. to arrive, 'P' had been on the pub floor all that time as he could not move with the pain, the pub is where the camera group meet of every other week. 

The crew took him to A & E, it was packed, 'P' was in the corridor for 2hr, as there were no bays free, the Drs and nurses were wonderful, they dealt with him there. After having an x-ray, which did not take long, they said he had broken his hip. Although we were there for 5 hours, before 'P' managed to get up to a ward, I must say the staff were wonderful, how they work in these conditions every day I do not know. 

I do not wish anyone any harm, but I think all the politicians should have to go through this experience, of at leased having to wait 1hr and 40 min, on a floor in shock with some thing the matter with them

I could go on with my views, but I am tired and have ranted enough, but I will be writing to my MP.
