First Fruit

In 2008 I planted a Braeburn apple tree in my garden, the tree was planted for a specific personal reason. It hasn't exactly thrived!

But today I noticed this - its first fruit. It doesn't look good enough to eat but at least it looks like the tree might actually flourish, hopefully the apples in the future will be better.
