This pretty cat comes to visit us now and then and now I know where his home is as he is sitting in front of his front door. It is only a few houses away.
Our land line telephone went dead on Saturday and the ADSL was getting slower and slower by the hour. I was trying to work connected to Iceland, but the connection was dropped every few minutes. Fortunately a guy arrived before lunch to fix the problem. He said the terminal box on the closest pole was full of ants who corrode the connectors. The box had not been properly closed last summer when the drop line was renewed. I am glad they are so quick to come and repair.
