C stayed at home again.

It took me 90 minutes to get to work. A journey that usually takes 20 minutes because someone decided to close the Orwell Bridge due to high winds. The wind may have been strong during the night, but by the time we left at 8, it more or less have died down; calm enough for non-high sided vehicles  to cross. Or so everyone thought, except the person who had the power to make the decision. The bridge was only fully opened at 13:30, by which time there was no wind for about 3 hours.
