Down the Locks (and up)

I had time for a walk this morning and got completely engrossed so was out much longer than intended!

For a change, I photographed the down hill view of the flight of locks but the uphill is in extras.

I have photographed the little barge before and got chatting to the owner. The engine got very wet in the recent downpours and now won't budge! The owner has a stall in the Bath Christmas market which opens on Thursday and she hoped to moor closer to Bath. I almost offered to agree a date that I could wait for the engineer (to fix engine) but managed to stop myself!

Actually a dry and mild day!
