Busy non stop day. I was asked to lead our Pilates group as teacher Annie was on holiday. Fortunately the session went well and was very well received by the ladies. At least that's what they told me! Especially as all we had to do was cover the cost of the room hire between us.

Back home a quick lunch followed by emulsioning the walls with son Matthew.
