Whose the tread that fits this mark?

Lunch in Regent Street Gardens on a glorious cold sunny winter day in Edinburgh.  The footprint points to the Scottish Parliament, and is there for visitors; stand on this stone and shout to those in power!  Close enough to see them, far enough that they can pretend they didn't hear you :-)
