New toy...old shoes...

Picked up a D40 in Jessops with an 8GB SDHC (Sandisk Extreme II!!!) for a hair over £200.

Never used a Nikon before, so still getting used to the controls (no of course i haven't even LOOKED at the manual) but took it outside, set it to auto and pointed it at my old 14" BBS' off my previous car, a Mk2 Golf.

So now i have a real camera, i may just have to start posting more...
