After yesterdays heat today was really cold with around 14c.

I got my Christmas cards for the UK written and they are ready to post. It has been a day of just catching up with things.

The doctor sent me a text this morning to say my xray was clear. Now it is waiting to hear when I can get appointment to see the Sportsmed doctor.
