Almost Advent ...

It was the need to make the Advent wreath that had me and my pal scrambling about this hillside at lunchtime today - but I'm glad, as I was yesterday, that I'd come out at such a time. The sun is lighting up the frozen shore of the loch below the hill, and I love the shapes of the trees silhouetted against the light.

I took many photos today, but most of them are of pink skies and seascapes. This makes a change.

*Our Advent wreaths are pretty wild. The stuff of legend, really.
