Cheeky morning at a local spa thanks to a friends freebie pass. Lovely swim and a chance to read this book which I wish I had had 2 months ago when I hit rock bottom. My fav line so far "And one day, of course, we won't be tired, and we will enter into everlasting rest. Just not yet."
