Commonwealth Games promise?

Went round the Heritage Loch a few times today to stretch the muscles after our longer walk yesterday. We were so lucky yesterday with the weather, as while we were walking, enjoying all the activities of the loch, guess what? Rain!!!!

It didn't seem to bother the people in boats, however, and we enjoyed watching this canoeist in particular who seemed determined to reach a new level of fitness.
