Abstract of the Leaves still Hanging

Wonderful Thanksgiving today! I didn't get a family photo, I didn't form photos in my mind all day!!! It was actually nice to just join in the conversation and enjoy my family. The kids were playing some game on their phone where you hold the phone to your forehead and the people in front of you act out the word when you try to guess what the word it. I didn't realize that the phone was recording the actions of the people trying to act out the word. The kids cracked up when they saw grandma (me) acting out llama!!  They spit, right, so I acted like I was spitting. It was good for a big laugh all around the room as they showed each of the 18 people here for Thanksgiving. Good thing I can laugh at myself too. :-)

First Thanksgiving with my daughter celebrating without her husband. He took the kids to his mom & dads first so they got over here later than everyone else....but it was okay....she is handling him leaving her better than I would have expected.....in fact she realizes it might be for the best.
