Chicken fajitas

Penny was off school again today but notably much better and eating a little again. On my way to work, I saw an old man in the middle of busy Hampton Road. He had just fallen over and the back of his head was bleeding a lot. I called the ambulance and waited until it arrived.

Bibi had drama after school and I went to pick her up at 6pm. We went to Tesco to get some food for dinner. I’d seen a video on Facebook this morning and I had shown it to the girls so Bibi decided that she would cook it. We often have chicken fajitas for dinner but this recipe was slightly different. Bibi got to work in the kitchen as soon as we got home.
