Flower Friday

Not easy to find real flowers outside now.......his little Verbena bonarensis is ha going on, isnt of the flowers have been got by the frost, just the odd one still hanging on!

It's been a lovely bright sunny day, chilly, but not too bad. We walked into town, slept well but hub still feeling a bit lethargic.......we didn't go for coffee today.

Once back at the ranch we've had turkey and cranberry sauce sandwiches for lunch, followed by a rather lazy afternoon, just pottering, watched a programme we recorded.
Sis messaged to say mum still not herself, going to check her blood pressure tomorrow, she's ok whilst sat but not so when she's stood up :-/

I've booked a surprise for hub tomorrow evening.....just hope,he's feeling up to it:-/

Prawn linguine with anchovies in tomatoe sauce for dinner this evening.

We did well at the quiz, we teamed up with the couple that we know to make a foursome.....got 104, should have been 108, which would have made us joint third. We went for the wrong option on two questions :-/
