Sun on the Forth

Went over to North Queensferry today in the gorgeous winter sunshine. This is taken along the old slipway where the Queensferry ferry used to berth. We remembered the long queues of cars winding down through the town, waiting to cross the Forth by ferry pre-1964 when the first road bridge opened. Now we're about to see the opening of the second road bridge at this point on the Forth.
