Numpty

I admit I use an electronic fag, I work on the basis it's better for me than Marlboros and has kept me off fags for nearly three years. I do however find numpties like this annoying as they send out huge clouds.
It's needless showmanship and makes it more likely to get e-cigs restricted. You wouldn't blow a cigarette all over people so don't do it with vapour. Cockhead.
