Threatening skies

The skies were dark over Ocean Village even at lunchtime, but threatening cloud did show the stark silhouette of continuing development in the waterfront area of the city.
The new Harbour hotel and accompanying apartments under construction will add a further dimension to the marina and its leisure profile.
