Here comes the sunflower

Yes, I admit it; it's a flower blip. But in my defence, I did grow it.

Don't think I've ever grown a flower before.

Took Matt and George swimming after their various football games/rugby training. George's swimming is really coming on a treat...but Matt was less than pleased when I (accidentally) threw his brother on top of him and then bashed his head off the pool steps.

Still, I'm pretty sure he hasn't got concussion. Pretty sure.
