happy hannukah!

this evening is the start of hannukah, the 8-day celebration of one day's worth of oil miraculously lasting 8 days and had to do with maccabes and fighting or something. i mean, i'm not a believer and i only know the prayer phonetically through doing it a lot.

anyway, exchanged gifts. gave my brother his LED belt buckle (blip tomorrow!), gave the 'rents the photo calendar from Shutterfly (came out looking great), got a cool t-shirt and my combined christmas/hannukah gift, a GPS.
