At Least No Animals

Never work with children or animals. That's a photographer cliché that proved somewhat true today as I tried my hand at a family shoot. Other cliché mistakes in the this shot would be the mirror (I think I got away with it mostly) and impatience with flash refresh times ( I had the shadows covered by a flash that didn't go off here). I thought this shot so bad, that it borders on brilliant. I did get the kids to comply in some shots, just not at the same time. A great experience and lovely family, all for John's 60th (the older of the boys in this shot).
