Late Autumn Light

A funny sort of day watering and cutting wood.Some of the water pipes were frozen up and I will have to water some of the plants in the morning.A hard frost and not much above freezing all day.

Wendy headed for home after lunch and we really enjoyed her visit.Nice to spend some time and catch up.

Families with disabled children have lost out on thousands of pounds worth of benefits over the last few years and HMRC are refusing to pay it over to them.We all have the responsibility to pay our taxes and if we are late we have to pay a fine and interest.However the government think it is except-able to steal from disabled children.How as a country have we sunk so low?Whatever happened to our sense of decency and fair play?I am lost for words.As a nation surely we are better than this.
