High Five!.

Just got in from a full on day.
Early start, train to Leeds then train to Manchester.
A little bit of shopping then the tram to The Velodrome (near the Etihad Stadium, home of Manchester City) to watch the track cycling.
A favourite event of ours and every bit as good as previous visits. Great crowd, great competitors and thrilling races.
Then to Decathlon to buy presents for you know when.
Tram back into the centre which was heaving! more successful shopping and a bite to eat, then two trains to get back home.
Shattered now but we've had a great day.
For those interested in cycling my blip shows Elia Viviani ( gold helmet and shoes, how flash!) and Peter Kennaugh warming down, both from Team Sky. You probably remember them from this years Tour de France and Tour of Italy.
