Blackbird flicking leaves

I spent some time earlier today watching this blackbird flicking the leaves in the garden. I took many photos but this was the only one where I caught the flick of the leaf in motion so I settled for this. I have posted anextra where the same bird had its mouth open to grab a leaf.

Sorry it is so late posting but I have been out to one of my cancer online community gatherings in Newark. It is always good to catch up with the progress of people sharing your journey and we were joined by someone starting that same journey. A nice relaxed time but I stayed rather longer than intended.
