One little Indian . . left for this year

Went out this morning and found just one leaf left on the plumeria.  Later this morning, it too was gone.  It's been windy for days now and gusts come and go.
Just after getting the turkey ready, stuffed, and in its pan, oven pre-heating,  power went out.  Turned off the gas, turned on a light (to know when the power came back on) and after about 10 minutes, put the turkey back into the icebox, which was a feat in itself as its space had already been re-allocated.   Power was only out about one and a half hours, but set us on edge with the uncertainty.   Not to worry, it all worked out, as it usually does.
