Invitation to lunch

Today we had an invitation for lunch with Pam and Dave. This is a picture of my wife Jenny and her cousin Dave. They always put on a great spread and today was no exception. Cocktails when we arrived then melon sorbet to start. This was followed by pan fried halibut with herb potatoes suger snap peas and aspagus and the desert was devine home made lemon ice cream surrounded by a wall of chocolate all in the shape of a tear drop and garnished by wild blueberries. Altogether a really lovely day out!
