Cháo Ếch Singapore

This is the view from my window, down on to the busy market street of Cô Giang.

I met my friend Thuận (who I'd got to know during my two months in Saigon last year) for lunch. We had "Cháo Ếch Singapore" (frog porridge in a claypot, in the style of Singapore, where I've had the same dish before). It was good to see him after over a year!
