Smoked Salmon Bruschetta
Off to the Clarks for their 'Bugger Off to College Boys" kids farewell party.
I fancied something light and tasty so made smoked salmon bruschetta. They turned out really well.
Shame I didn't photograph them before I put the cling film on!
