New Clearwater Home

Contract accepted, closing date set for 27 December, and home inspection completed today. I should have immediately been happy when we signed, but was somewhat tranquil, not for the reality of it, but because I realized that we'd be closing on the anniversary of my grandfather's passing 9 years ago. I'm going to dwell on that; suffice it to say that I loved that man more than the world. He must have been looking out for us because it's the house that we wanted, where we wanted, exactly as we had hoped to find on the first day of house hunting with our realtor. We will need to freshen it up some to personalize it, but we are excited to move forward in our new Clearwater home. Cheers!
