Fast Food

Another day spent in the garden - mainly reading but I also managed to cut back lots of greenery which was hiding the pond!

The tree at the end of my garden is full of berries and there has been a constant stream of birds visiting it, from little dainty tits, who sneakily hid behind the leaves thereby denying my camera any chance of a blip, to great lumps of wood pigeons.

My favourite of the day though were a family of blackbirds. This one is very young - if you look carefully (view LARGE) it still has some downy feathers
