Strange things, strange flowers...

...very lazy day requred after drowning my sorrows the night before after my beloved rangers got a spanking on the opening day of the season (seriously, Swansea, what a joke)

Managed to make it to the golf course this morning where I had three of my golf balls flown away be geese (can you believe it, I've actually got the picture of one of them flying away into the sun, golf ball in mouth)

On return to the hotel, feeling lazy I thought that i'd get a picture of the first thing I saw al luckily came across this beautiful but strange looking flower, I was hoping AMC that you would be able to tell me what it was!!
