Something different for Sunday

Its been a lazy do nothing sort of day. Started by oversleeping and missing the colour that was undoubtably present before sunrise. I normally post a sunrise picture ever day on a local Facebook site and I rarely oversleep so I grabbed the camera and when I eventually got past the front door my first impression was this would work as a black and white image.I then used Lightroom and a B&W preset to produce a very different image for me. I am pleased with the response  but normal service should be resumed tomorrow.
Chris and I then visited our new restaurant ,the Rose and Crown, for Sunday lunch. The old Rose and Crown pub has been totally transformed from a dark and dingy old boozer to a modern upmarket restaurant,just the type of business that should thrive in the village. The food was excellent and I had to force myself to a third course so Chris would not feel embarrassed whilst devouring the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Its a hard life.
Since then we have both collapsed into comfy chairs and do not intend to move again until bed time.
