Rogues Gallery Series -- Portrait #1

Thinking about packing up and downsizing and moving to an apartment in Boston has my head spinning.  There's so much stuff that won't fit!  I don't know if any of my children are interested in adopting a lot of the old family photographs we have, and there just isn't enough wall space in our new place, so I've decided to make a "Rogue's Gallery" series of blips.  At least that way they will end up in a bound book at the end of this year.  To that end, I introduce exhibit 1:

Frances Hannah Bradley Smith -- known in the family as "Aunt Frank".

In 1891 when my maternal grandmother was only three years old, her mother Caroline died.  Shortly afterwards, her father, Homer Smith married Caroline's sister Frances, who raised my grandmother and her brother as if they were her own.  She was much loved by everyone who knew her.
