Emergency rations for watching Planet Earth Two.

At times this series has been incredibly stressful: Who can forgot the nightmarish scene of the ghecko lizardy thing running away from the snakes in episode one? 

At other times it has made me laugh out loud; The bears rubbing themselves on the trees were unforgettable.

Each episode has shown us the wonder of the world. Both the dangers and delights of living on this planet. The wine and chocolate buttons (known as 'medication' in my household) help to combat the highs and lows of each episode.

What a fantastic series this has been so far!
