A Cardinal Day

Wow, thank you all so much for the support and positive comments for my 365th blip.  It feels so good to know that you take the time to look at my journal.  I am now psyched up to start my next year of photography.

I suppose it's appropriate to begin again in my back yard, and with a bird.  The Northern Cardinals were here today en masse, as they often seem to be.  I look forward to getting some shots this winter with these pretty feathered friends in the snow.  For now, the background is still green because we have a row of trees (Bradford Pears) that don't turn color and fall until December.
