100 miles

After last week's drama on the action medical research RIDE 100 cycle fundraiser: a 100 mile stretch from Bishopton round the coast to Largs etc before returning to Bishopton. My pedal came off and I was forced to withdraw. Determined to 'make it right' I did these miles today and was truly delighted to achieve what I had set out to do.

I came home for a quick bath and a Guinness before Mass.

But now, pizza and prosecco
