Painted Lady

A day that started wet ended in warm sunshine. After another damp day as Dolgoch stationmaster, the warm sunshine brought out many butterflies at coastal Tywyn. Small Tortoishells, Peacocks, whites and Painted Ladies. These last must be the offspring of earlier migrants, but still the first I have seen this year. Half a dozen blipworthy shots.

A BIG thank-you to everyone who has commented on my 300 blips. Sorry for lack of comments at present, the internet is very slow in rural Wales!
