Off We Go

First Christmas market of the year, to coincide with Advent.

I'm neither a Christmas market fan nor religious, but the Boss is. So we went to the one in Regensburg. 

I enjoyed it. Not too big. Busy but not a crush. Hardly any tourists.

A few mugs of Glühwein to keep me interested (the Boss worked that out a few years back) and some good street food too. The Wildschweinbratwurst (wild boar sauasage) was a highight.

I'm reliably informed (the Boss is never wrong - never even comes close) that wild boar killed around here still have to go under the geiger counter to check for Chernobyl radiation. Some are passed for eating and some are still incinerated.
