I see this guy once a week, in a lonely spot in the dark and late. It must be hard, investing in (or renting) the van, working long hours, selling low value product. I've never seen a customer yet there he is every week burning money, waiting. Tough life. And yes, he looks like an immigrant and he is working and trying hard. Good luck to him.
